- Open your KEEP app and tap “Login with Merit” (see a full instructional video HERE)
- Submit your claim for approval by uploading the invoice you received from Goally
- IMPORTANT: The order request will not be shipped until a claim has been submitted, so we recommend that you submit a claim the same day you make the order request. If KEEP rejects your claim, you will be responsible for payment.
