Who Is Eligible?

Application Process & Key Dates

  • Family applications:

    • Opened Jan 1, 2025,

    • Closed June 25, 2025 for the 2025–26 school year  .

  • Service Provider applications opened April 1, 2025, allowing schools and vendors to become approved for ESA funds  .

  • Provider portal remains open; Family portal was temporarily closed as ESA funds were frozen by July injunction  .

  • Quarterly disbursements of $7,000: July 1, October 1, January 1, and April 1  .

  • Annual renewal required to maintain eligibility; unused funds roll over year-to-year as long as students remain eligible
