How does the parent app work?
You control everything on the Goally Kid's Tablet from your own phone. Invite unlimited care team members to create an account on the Goally parent app manager. Everyone (Mom, Dad, therapists, & even teachers) can collaborate in recording behaviors, creating routines, and seeing progress reports.
What is the free parent coaching?
We won't leave you for the sharks! 🦈 We do one-on-one zoom calls with you to help you set everything up. We know every kid is unique, so we'll help you create routines and customize Goally in a way that works for your family. Book as many as you need within your first 30 days.
Can I use your apps on my iPad?
To get all of Goally's apps, you'll need to get our distraction-free tablet. We do have several of our apps available on the app store, like CoPilot and Mood Tuner, but we recommend getting our Skill-Building Tablet for the best experience (and the best bang for your buck!).
What if my kid doesn’t like it?
No problem! Cancel anytime HERE. It's that simple.
Once you fill this out, you will not be charged for another month of Goally if you are on a monthly plan. If you're on an annual plan, you will not be charged for another year.
If you cancel right before your subscription ends, you will be refunded any charges that occurred during cancellation processing time. Please allow our customer service team 3-5 business days to process your request!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally! Currently, Goally software is only available in English. Keep checking back for new language launches, or follow us on social for announcements— @goallyapps 😎
How do I order for someone else?
Please order from the perspective of the parent or the family receiving the Goally. If you'd like to mail a check, select the annual plan and then select "mail a check" as your payment method.
If you need the invoice sent to a different address or email than the shipping address, you can uncheck "billing same as shipping," and then the invoice will be sent to the email address included as the billing email address.
How do I make a bulk order for my school?
